An attorney focused on new technologies law, in particular intellectual property, competition and consumer protection, and personal data. He provides regulatory advice to clients in financial technology (FinTech), creative industries, and IT.

His practice also covers AML rules and payment services. He supports clients in day-to-day operations and in implementing innovative solutions and technologies. He coordinates and participates in GDPR implementation projects, including for international corporate groups.

He represents clients before courts and public authorities — including the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority, the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, and the General Inspector of Financial Information.

He gained hands-on experience in international and boutique technology law firms. He has advised numerous games-industry clients, building IP management policies and preparing licence agreements, assignments of economic copyrights, terms of service, and end-user licence agreements (EULAs).
